Danger Classes

Class I — Benign (Grey): Controlled and predictable anomalies. Minimal containment required. Presents negligible risk to personnel.

Class II — Reactive (Blue): Harmless under observation but dangerous when provoked, mishandled, or exposed to certain stimuli. Supervision required at all times.

Class III — Volatile (Amber): Actively hostile or unpredictable anomalies. High risk to human life; continuous containment and monitoring protocols mandatory.

Class IV — Catastrophic (Crimson): Capable of mass casualties or regional-scale destruction. Breach events may necessitate full site lockdown or evacuation.

Class V — Existential (Black): Represents an immediate threat to planetary stability, human civilization, or baseline reality. Knowledge restricted to CL-5 and above.

Clearance Levels

CL-1 — General Access (Grey):
Basic administrative staff and janitorial personnel. Limited exposure to low-threat anomalies.

CL-2 — Field Operations (Blue):
Guards, technicians, and field agents. May witness anomalies but cannot access classified reports.

CL-3 — Research Access (Amber):
Scientists and containment engineers. Granted access to restricted labs and live experiments.

CL-4 — Director-Level (Crimson):
Division leads and authorized command. Unrestricted internal access; may approve experimental procedures.

CL-5 — Oversight Council (Black):
Known only to a select few. Authorization to deploy or terminate entire facilities; aware of all classified entities.

CL-6 — The Sanctum (White):
Existence officially denied. Unverifiable communications occasionally surface, often following nationwide blackouts. Believed to possess “termination authority” over state entities, governments, and CASB itself.
